Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

In 98% of cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, orders can sometimes be delayed during busy periods. You can check the status of your order via the track and trace number you received in your mailbox.

Once you have placed your order, we will automatically send you an email with a Track & Tracé code. It's possible that you haven't received anything, so please check your spam messages. Haven't received a Track & Tracé code after 24 hours? Then please contact us.

If you order from Monday to Friday before 16:00, it will be shipped the same day. It usually takes 8-15 business days to deliver (except Saturday/Sunday).
